Machining
Turning and milling services are offered with both our manual and CNC machine tools. From repairing shafts and bearing housings to turning out pins and bushes, rest assured we can assist.
Our machine tools and technicians are able to work with a range of materials; such as carbon steels, alloys, brass, copper and plastics such as nylon and POM Acetal.
We are able to offer one-off, low or medium volume production runs for bespoke, prototype or complex components.

Profiling Made Easy
In-house cutting service using our Esprit Lightening D plasma CNC unit, and Hypertherm Powermax 105 plasma unit. As such we are able to cut mild steel from 0.5mm up to 32mm. DXF files can be emailed over or alternatively a hand sketch in which our technicians can draw and convert to DXF.
Complementing the profiler is our press-brake which allows us to meet all of your sheet metal needs, either single items or batch production.
We stock a range of mild steel 1.25m x 2.5m steel plate up to 20mm, other sizes are available on request.
